JUSTINE'S BIO

Justine Janssen is a practitioner who walks beside you — not in front, not behind — offering a deeply holistic approach to wellbeing that honours where you’ve been, the life you’re living now, and the future you’re becoming.
For over 20 years, she has held space for individuals and communities through yoga, movement, breathwork, subtle energy work and embodied therapeutics.
Her background spans two decades of owning and directing yoga studios, leading teacher trainings, and facilitating retreats across Australia and overseas. Alongside her experience as a Personal Trainer and Master Trainer, Justine weaves somatics, nervous system awareness, Breathwork, Cacao Ceremony, and Reiki into a cohesive, trauma-informed approach that helps people reconnect with their own clarity, courage and inner alignment.

Her work is deeply influenced by her ongoing studies in holistic counselling and psychotherapy with Metavision, integrating contemporary therapeutic understanding with the embodied wisdom of movement, breath and subtle energy. She is guided, too, by her own ancestral and earth-based healing journeys through Ireland and Scotland, which have reconnected her with nature-centred traditions and Celtic lineage.
Justine is also the creator of The Remedy — a multidimensional movement experience that blends strength training, somatic release, fascial work, breath, and subtle energetic practices. Rooted in science and embodied intelligence, The Remedy supports deeper regulation, resilience and connection, offering movement as medicine for the whole human.
Across all her offerings, Justine brings a rare ability to see people as they are — beyond roles, stories or expectations — and to hold spaces where real change feels possible. Her work invites you home to your body, your intuition and your own sense of meaning.
