  • Support for stress, anxiety, emotional overwhelm, fatigue, or nervous system depletion

  • Personalised guidance rooted in Justine’s studies in nervous system science and holistic psychotherapy (Metavision Institute)

  • Integration of iRest meditation, somatic practices, and trauma-informed yoga (Frontline Yoga)

  • Breathwork techniques to enhance body awareness, emotional processing, and energetic flow

  • Options for gentle nourishment or deeper somatic release, depending on your needs
