Justine is an experienced teacher who will guide you through breathing exercises designed to strengthen your lungs, regulate your nervous system, and improve your cardiovascular health. Whether you're a beginner or an experienced practitioner, all levels are welcome to join us in this transformative practice.

No refunds given unless 24 hours notice before class start time, or with a doctors certificate. Rescheduling a class requires 15mins notice before class starts or payment will be forfeited.
